How it Works: Simply purchase the Pool Heater Installation Package along with any gas or electric pool heater from Vita Filters. We offer free freight shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states. Once your heater ships, we’ll coordinate and schedule installation with one of our verified pool professionals. After you complete and return the signed pre-install checklist, we’ll confirm your installation, and your pool professional will arrive on the agreed-upon date and time.

What's Included:

• Up to $499 for travel (within service area) and labor for pool heater installation.
• Installation, setup, and basic programming of the pool heater.
• Service provided during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, local time).
• Applicable taxes and fees.
• Installation must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

What's Not Included:

Costs exceeding $499, such as:

• Additional installation materials (e.g., valves, plumbing tubing, electrical fittings, gas connections).
• General construction services (e.g., electrical wiring, gas line installation, plumbing, concrete work).
• Pool heater operation training.
• Disposal of any old equipment. 
• Additional travel fees.

Requirements:

The following conditions must be met before installation. If the site is unprepared, a $49 False-Start Installation Attempt fee will apply:

• Plumbing, gas, and electrical connections must comply with the manufacturer's specifications (refer to the user manual and installation guide).
• A signed and dated Pre-Install Checklist (emailed to you before scheduling).
