You can return most orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition (new and unused). Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Standard Returns (Undamaged Items)
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Solutions team at 303-736-9856 or email us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. If you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item. Alternatively, you may ship the item using your preferred method. If so, we will provide the shipping address.
Defective or Damaged Items
At Vita Filters, we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For small items, a prepaid label can be provided for around $15, which will be deducted from your refund. For larger items (e.g., pool filters, pool pumps, spa pumps, heaters), including freight, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. You may choose to return the item using your preferred shipping method. Please note that we do not refund the cost of outgoing shipping (such as expedited or overnight shipping).
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including "new open box" deals, chemicals, electrical components, discontinued or custom-made products. Automation and electrical products must be returned factory-sealed. Other non-returnable items will be specified on the product webpage. Please review our policy before completing your purchase.
Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable at the provided address, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with round-trip shipping costs. If the item was shipped for free, the outbound shipping fees will be charged at the time of return.
Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are subject to inspection. They must be in new and sellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork.
