Return Policy

Most orders can be accepted for returns within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. The item must be in original condition. It can take up to 5-10 business days to process your return and an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to process, depending on your financial institution.

You must log in to your account and submit a request to initiate a return.

Submit a return request:

  1. Click here to log in to your account (password not required)
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, please open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to our store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return.
  6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request Return. 

Once your return request is approved, you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received, you receive a refund.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on certain items such as chemicals, electrical components, discontinued or custom-made products. Automation must be factory sealed. Other items may not be returnable and are specified on the item webpage. Please ensure that you find our policy agreeable before making your purchase.

Defective Products

Vita Filters takes every possible measure to ensure your order will arrive in perfect working condition. Occasionally, you may receive an item that is not functional due to a manufacturer defect. Please get in touch with us, and we will assist with replacement and warranty claims.

Delivery Refused

If the shipping carrier returns an item to us because it was refused or undeliverable at the address provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply along with the round trip shipping cost for the package. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees will be charged back at the time of the return.

Inspection

All returned item(s) are subject to inspection. All items returned must be in new and sellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork (i.e., owner's manual, warranty card, etc.).

Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For most items, a pre-paid label can be provided for $12 and will be deducted from your refund.  For larger items including freight, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
