Return Policy

Breathe easy. Returns accepted.

Items are available for return once they have shipped. A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unused products within 30 business days of the original form of payment. Items beyond 30 days from that date will no longer be available for return.

Returns may take up to 1-5 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

You must log in to your account and submit a request to initiate a return. 

Submit a return request: 

  1. Click here to log in to your account (password not required)
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, please open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to our store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return.
  6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request Return

Once your return request is approved, you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received, you receive a refund.

*Please Note: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the provided pre-paid label is used, $12 will be deducted from your refund.
