We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Standard Returns (Undamaged Items)
To start a return, contact our Customer Solutions team at 303-736-9856 or email hello@vitafilters.com. We’ll issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return shipping label. If you use our label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed upon receiving your item.
If you prefer, you may use your own shipping method. We will provide the return address.
Defective or Damaged Items
At Vita Filters, we’re committed to delivering your order in perfect condition. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: Buyers cover return shipping costs.
- For small items, prepaid labels are available for around $15, deducted from your refund.
- For large items (e.g., pool filters, pumps, heaters), including freight shipments, shipping costs will be deducted.
Outgoing Shipping Costs: Expedited or overnight shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- "New open box" deals
- Chemicals or electrical components
- Discontinued or custom-made products
- Automation and electrical items that are not factory-sealed

Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries
If a shipment is returned as refused or undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will apply. For items shipped free, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Inspection of Returns
Returned items must be in new, sellable condition with original packaging, accessories, and paperwork. All returns are subject to inspection.
