FREE FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
- FREE on all orders shipped to an address in the lower 48 U.S. states only
- All freight shipments must be signed for by an adult upon delivery
- Freight includes curbside delivery to your location.
- NOTE: A shipping surcharge will apply for limited access areas, liftgate, or inside delivery. Any accessorials added by the recipient will be billed to the recipient.

Important Information about your Freight Delivery. Your order will be delivered curbside on a full-size 18-wheeler truck.
You are responsible:
- Be available to receive and sign for freight delivery
- If you suspect something is damaged inside the packaging, note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing
- Be sure to count all the pieces and ensure that everything is accounted for. Ask the driver how many pieces are supposed to be delivered and verify that count. If boxes, pallets, pieces, or any items are suspected to be missing, write “SHORTAGE” on the delivery receipt.
- Take a picture of the signed paperwork receipt for your records
If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.
Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing:
- Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ex. "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on pool filter system", etc).
- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt (ex. take a photo with your phone)
- Contact us within 1 business day
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take photos of the damaged items and all packaging
PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
- We offer select paid expedited shipping options
- Contact us for shipping rates and delivery times
- Orders will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
- Expedited cutoff is 12PM EST, otherwise, orders ship the following business day
- Expedited shipping rates are not refunded in the event of a return
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently offer shipping to select regions
- Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout
- Orders will ship via DHL, USPS, or UPS

- All major shipping carriers have suspended their service guarantee. We cannot refund the shipping cost if your expedited order arrives late.
