- Deliveries are curbside only and require an adult signature.
- Additional fees may apply for liftgate services, inside deliveries, or deliveries to limited-access areas. These services will be billed directly to the recipient if requested.

Curbside Delivery Requirements
- Delivery is made via an 18-wheeler truck. Please be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Inspecting Your Delivery
- Visible Damage: Refuse delivery if damage is obvious, and we’ll reship at no extra charge. Alternatively, accept the shipment and note "DAMAGED" on the receipt.
- Shortages: Verify all pieces and note "SHORTAGE" on the receipt if items are missing.
- Always take photos of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) for your records.
If Your Freight Shipment is Damaged or Items Are Missing
- Document the issue by noting it on the Bill of Lading (e.g., “missing 3 pieces,” “holes in packaging”).
- Retain the packaging for inspection.
- Contact us within 1 business day with photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- Available for select items. Rates and delivery estimates can be viewed at checkout or by contacting us directly.
- Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
- Expedited shipping is available Monday–Friday only.
- Fees for expedited shipping are non-refundable if the item is returned.
PAID INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to select international regions via DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days, unless noted otherwise.
- International shipping is limited to select products.
- Taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs values cannot be adjusted.
