Remote Customer Service & Technical Support Representative
We're hiring a remote Customer Service & Technical Support Rep with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, file warranty claims, etc.
- Provide mid-level technical support on pool and spa equipment
- Support the sales team by placing orders, sending quotes, and checking stock/pricing
- Share accurate product information and guide customers through solutions
- Resolve customer issues quickly, proactively with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years working with pool equipment; familiar with major brands (Pentair, Raypak, Hayward, Jandy, etc.)
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet work environment, and a customer-focused attitude
- Sales experience or background in the pool/spa industry is a plus
Job Details:
- Salary: Starting at $55,000, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (must be available during these hours)
- Location: 100% remote (reliable internet and quiet working environment required)
- Employment: 1099 contractor for the first 90 days, then W2 employee
