This is a Model 95-VIII Speck Pump with 4 HP, 208-230/460 Volts, 3-Phase, and 4 inch quick disconnect unions. This Model 95 features the largest one-piece plastic casing design for a swimming pool pump. Plus, the Model 95 pumps have an integrated strainer basket with an easy on/off two-piece lid. Combine these features with the unique mechanical seal and you have a medium head pump with the highest flow of any one-piece plastic pump in the industry.
The Speck Model 95 is a high performance pump that comes complete with Speck's unique mechanical shaft seal. This unique seal allows the pump, if mistreated, to run dry for up to one hour.
The Speck Model 95 pumps are also salt water friendly. They can be used in swimming pools with a salt concentration of up to 5,000 ppm. If you should have a higher concentration, contact your sales representative for a quote on a modified pump.
The Model 95-VIII pool pump also features an Open Drip Motor design with a 56 frame. The motor is easy to remove without disturbing the plumbing. These pool pumps are designed for large inground swimming pools and high rate sand filter applications. They can also be used in water features.
The Model 95 pool pumps are equipped with 4 inch quick disconnect unions which make installation and maintenance very easy. And each pump includes a wrench for the unions and the lid. Each pump is performance tested before leaving the Speck factory.
