Reducing the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the water decreases undesirable tastes and odors in your beverages and water-based menu items such as soups, sauces, and more. The EV962722 filter is designed for use with a reverse osmosis system on the incoming water used in commercial cooking and warming equipment such as steamers and food warmers.
