Do I connect this to the existing pool light electrical cord?
Pentair 78949100 Amerlite White Incandescent 10" Light 120V 400W, 100' Cable
I have a pool light that has water in the bulb. So do I find the existing electrical cord and splice into it? Do I need to drain the pool down so the water level is below the light? Thanks Bob

To replace your Pentair Amerlite 78949100 pool light, you'll need to restring the cable through the conduit—remove the old cable while pulling a snake tied to it, then use that to pull the new cable through. We also offer retrofit light 12V options, that splice onto your existing cable. Draining the pool makes replacement easier, but retrofits usually don't require it.
