We do not recommend generic salt cells. While they may look like a cheaper alternative upfront, they often do not match the same quality, performance, or lifespan as genuine manufacturer cells, and using one can void your equipment warranty. For the best reliability and to protect your system, it is worth sticking with an original OEM salt cell made for your unit.
