It can work on an AquaTerra Transport as long as your spa has a compatible ozonator hookup (the HydroQuip 34-2722-50-K is a 120/240V unit with a 4-pin AMP plug), but AquaTerra lists different factory ozone kits by model year and control box type (for example 2014–current: 77190 for Gecko, 2012–2013: 77078 for Balboa), so matching the plug/control box is the key.
To tell if your original ozonator is working, run the circulation pump and look for a steady stream of fine bubbles at the ozone return/injector, and confirm you have airflow through the ozone line; if bubbles are gone, first check the tubing and check valve, and whether the control box is still sending power to the ozonator.
