Pentair doesn’t give one “ideal %” setting for the IntelliChlor LT25 because it depends on your pool’s demand. Their guidance is to adjust the Output Percentage until your free chlorine is stable between 2.0–4.0 ppm, and after changing the % setting, wait about 24 hours before retesting so the level can stabilize.
