For the first manufacturer-warranty period, warranty issues are handled through Pentair’s warranty process, and the unit is typically diagnosed/repaired by a qualified local service technician that Pentair directs you to. The warranty starts at the time of installation.
After the manufacturer's warranty expires, XCover takes over: you file a hassle-free online claim through your XCover link, have a local qualified tech perform the repair, and you submit the paid repair invoice/required documents to XCover for reimbursement.
